DEWALT is introducing four new cordless concret tools onto its PowerShift battery platform.
World of Concrete is scheduled for January 20-22, located at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Attendees can find DEWALT in the outdoor Silver lot, booth #O31324.
These latest additions to the PowerShift platform further positions the company to compete in the growing market for battery-powered concrete equipment that eliminates gas engine emissions and noise on jobsites.
The highlight product is the DCPS612AG2 PowerShift 12-inch cut-off saw (pictured above), which DEWALT claims delivers the highest power output among cordless cut-off saws in both 12-inch and 14-inch blade categories. The saw cuts up to 4-3/4 inches deep through concrete, rebar and ductile iron, achieving eight linear feet of concrete cutting or 156 cuts in #5 rebar on a single battery charge.
The DCPS966AG2 PowerShift demolition hammer delivers 45 joules of impact energy and features an all-metal housing and barrel. The tool incorporates Shocks Active Vibration Control technology to reduce operator fatigue.
Two additional 20V Max XR tools round out the product launch. The DCN910B duplex nailer targets concrete forming, temporary bracing and scaffolding applications, while the DCCS1100B concrete chemical sprayer delivers up to 150 PSI of spray pressure with an adjustable flow rate reaching 0.8 gallons per minute.
